3-day wānanga on marae for Tangata Whenua Social Workers exclusively.
This wānanga whakawhanaungatanga: Kia Rangatira te Tū is a professional development opportunity for Tangata Whenua social workers only. Championing Māori leadership of Indigenous social work in Aotearoa, strengthening Māori social workers’ voice, visibility, and influence including systemic change. It draws on mātauranga Māori, kaupapa Māori, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi as guiding frameworks for social work, supporting social workers’ competency to work with Māori.
