Our Graduate Support Programme has supported many new and recently qualified tauwhiro/social workers as they transition into professional practice, drawing on a tuakana–teina approach that connects emerging practitioners with experienced mentors and a supportive peer community.
We are taking time this year to review the Programme so we can strengthen it and ensure it continues to meet the needs of graduates and the sector. Because of this review, the Programme will not be offered this year. We appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance the experience and opportunities we provide for newly qualified tauwhiro.
