Workshop information:
All workshops are experiential and provide plenty of opportunities to discuss the modalities and their implication for practice.
Grief and Loss:
A range of creative mediums will be used to explore different ways to offer clients other opportunities to look at their experiences of grief and loss. We will also link these modalities to current thinking and theories of Grief and Loss. All art materials provided bring your own journal.
Introduction to Sandplay:
Sandplay involves the use of a tray of sand and miniature objects to offer people the opportunity to build and explore their world within a boundary that provides safety. There are many ways to utilize Sandplay including individual, couple and family work along with training, supervision and self-care.
This workshop offers participants the space to safely explore a variety of exercises using symbols and sand along with other creative modalities. All miniatures and other materials provided, bring a journal and your camera/phone.
Rhythm Power:
Putting together rhythms and looking at why this modality helps people in so many ways to heal and feel stronger in their lives will be the main focus of this workshop.
