What we do

Our Board has refreshed Te Mahere Rautaki (Strategic Plan 2020–2025), setting a bold direction to guide our mahi through to 2027.

This update sharpens our focus, strengthening the link between our strategic intentions and the work of our Member Support Team.

Our three pou | Whāngai Matua stand firm:

  • Whakawhanaungatanga
  • Whakamana
  • Rangatiratanga

We’ve refined our priorities into four aspirations under each pou, ensuring a clear and focused path forward. This reflects our commitment to the future of our profession and the communities we serve. Pae Tawhiti sets our direction, and together, we will turn vision into action. Take a look and see where we’re headed.
